Communication with your Account Manager is vital to the success of the linen program for your facility. Therefore, your Account Manager and other key people within Paris Healthcare are available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Exchange Carts
Reduce your facility’s full-time employee requirement for linen personnel with Paris’ Exchange Cart program. You can streamline your linen room with this program by freeing your employees from the chores of linen processing and packing.
Let Paris assemble your exchange carts to your specifications and deliver them to your facility. Hospital employees will only need to take them to the floors and exchange them for the empty carts. Paris can even develop modified exchange carts that can be used to stock linen closets.
Paris uses templates to ensure that your carts are packed consistently, the same way for each delivery.
Linen Awareness Days
Facility Linen Awareness Day has proven to be a positive way to provide education to the end users in your facility. By learning appropriate use of linen, usage reductions have historically been seen at facilities that host Linen Awareness Days.
Linen Awareness Days are conducted by your Account Manager at no additional charge and are provided at your request.
Linen Committee
Formation of an active Linen Committee at each facility is a strong factor in the success of Paris’ Textilie Management Control System. Product end users and management personnel should be a part of the committee at each hospital. Your dedicated Account Manager will be a valuable asset to you and will participate upon your request.
Linen Detective
Members of the Linen Committee that have the passion to reduce linen utilization can be assembled to form the Linen Detectives. This team of Detectives has specific goals to achieve, and to report back to the team as well as the Linen Committee. Your dedicated Account Manager will aide all Detectives in achieving their specified objectives. |
